Bit of a novice here...

I have just bought crunch thinking that I can now put dvds onto my ipod video, I know about the encrypted dvd problem so I downloaded DVD copy for mac and copied the film over to my hard drive.  When I tried to export the video_ts folder it doesn't do anything, and the progress bar stays at 0%.  Am I doing something wrong? or do I need different ripping software?

Any comments would be greatly appriciated as this would be welcome entertainment on a very long trip to Germany by coach from the UK.
