Logging into customer support

last night and today when I try to get into my on my ticket I get an error as it doesn't connect. It says that cant find the server is it me or others having that problem

There's been a change of servers.
Try a bit later, when things have had a chance to settle down.

6 hour later still cant login this is what it come up with

try a different browser if you have one. I was able to login with IE 6, but not Firefox.

Wierd.
I can get in with FireFox, but IE 6 has a tendancy to crash. (Yes I'm on with IE 6 right now - it's my preferred browser - but I'm a lot more careful about having one window stable before doing something, like clicking on a link in the other window, than usual. <sigh>)
