Failure to load dao.can't find dao.msi

After successfully instlling Roxio Easy Media Creator Suite 9, when starting program, a popup states that it can't find/install DAO. I've searched all files on the computer and installation disks but can't find the file. This after a clean install of XP2. I had somehow solved this problem on the previous installation! It's tough to get OLD.
