I recently ran a Crash Analysis scan, and it identified the tfsnifs.sys by Sonic Solutions as requiring a driver or application update. However, when I tried removing previous version to install updated version I am getting message saying: The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is not available and the Directory for R114582.zip\DLA.msi cannot be found. It als in a folder from which you can o says to find the installation package DLA.msi in a folder from which you can install the product Sonic DLA. Can anyone tell me what this means and how to fix this problem, if I do have one?
I have a Dell Inspiron 6400 using Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 2 operating system.

I don't understand the sentence which starts "It als in a folder. . ." and ends ". . .product Sonic DLA."
However it is common for an installer to be run in reverse when you want to uninstall. It seems possible from what you're saying that when you go to uninstall your old version it can't find the installer and is asking you where the installer is. What is R114582.zip, is it the old installer or the new one?
Were you directed to uninstall the old version and replace it holus bolus? I would have thought updating the current version was more likely than removing and replacing it.

Brendon
