Everytime I try to import photos I get an error. I have tried downloading the photsuite 5.1.2529.0 like the help lady advised, but it has not worked.
does anyone have any suggestions

Photosuite 5?
When you say import do you mean to your computer or into the program? What program do you have now ? What format are the photos? (TIFF, Jpeg, BMP, other?)
Please post your computer specifications.
