I am not tech smart - so please, any help I can get is appreciated.  I downloaded my video from my new digital vid. recorder - it plays the movie but no sound.  A screen pops up saying I need the "ac3 audio"???  Is this something I can download - I need something compatible with vista.  Thanks for any input!!!

If your video camera uses minDV tapes, you have to use a firewire cable to capture.  If it is a hard drive video camera, then you do use the USB cable.  If it is a minDVD video camera, then you finalize the disc, put the disc in your PC drive, and copy the files to your hard drive.

Which applies to you?

You might also need to install this small app.
"Do you wanna see me crawl across the floor to you?
Do you wanna hear me beg you to take me back?
I'd gladly do it because....."
