I turned off "Folder Watching" in Media Manager, why do I still see RoxWatch.exe and RoxWatchTray.exe running on my system? If I kill them, they come back after reboot. They don't seem to be doing much except for wasting 12+MB of memory.

Uncheck them in the Startup tab, by going through msconfig.
