What's up with Roxio Customer Care? I'm trying to start a new ticket to get a question answered, but I cannot even login!

Is there an email address I can use instead? I've got a R6025 pure virtual function call problem.

Thanks.

It finally let me in, but thanks for replying, I'll certainly try that next time it happens.
