Hi Bstonmike1,
errors R6025 are a error from the C++ libray ,
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/125749

to me id say there was a stuff up on the install some ware, id go back and use the Microsoft clean up tool (just google it) and remove the EMC app, reboot and install it again, make sure that you firewall apps and anti virus are disabled before doing the install again.

hope this gives you a small help.
good luck

I'm getting the same r6025 error with VideoWave. Here's what I've done so far:

-Clean reinstall using the MS tool
-Uninstalled Windows Media Player 11, went back to 10
-Checked msconfig, made sure Roxio services were activated
-disabled DirectX video acceleration in WMP
-EMC installed under Admin profile
-Run: regsvr32 msxml3.dll

This was a reinstall after I had to reformat & recover the hard drive. It was working just fine before...

Any suggestions?

-I'm running XP Home with DirectX9
-Have tried WMP versions 10 & 11
-No luck with the CODEC files mentioned in the link

My error comes up when I try to add a video to the project. Video wave does open, and as long as I don't try to add a video (which is kinda the point to the program) it seems pretty stable.
