I got a new blackberry, installed the software that came with it and it eradicated my OEM copy of Creator Premier (paid extra to have it on my Dell XPS).

Now I can't get it to revert.

I had a disk for Creator & MyDVD 9.0 DE which I just installed and now I have some semblance of a DVD writing program, but I paid extra money for Premier and I'd like to have what I paid for.

As there was no disk sent with the premier program, how do I get a working copy of Premier on this PC now?

Software worked fine until I installed another Roxio program.  It's Roxio's fault, not Dell's.

In the Search box, in the upper right corner, type in the word Blackberry, and you will see other posts and solutions to your problem.  wink.gif

As for getting the software, that you got from Dell, I doubt very seriously that Roxio is going to do anything about that.  That is why I told you to go to Dell.
