Hi -
I've just installed a new download of BackOnTrackSuite 3, and restarted.

When I open the program, it is too large for the screen, and I can only see a few letters of the menu. I can't see a minimizer or window closing button. This is the same even when I use another screen resolution.
I'm using windows xp, screen resolution 800x600 32 bit.

Any help would be appreciated. I can't seem to open a web ticket on it.
Thanks,
Mark

Chances are, since it uses the same Home App interface as their EMC 10 product, you need to set your screen resolution to be at least 1024 x 768. I don't see anything listed in the sys req for display properties for BOT, but that would be the first thing I would try.

I was finally able to open a repair ticket, and this is where we ended up:

"Open Back on Track
Right click on Roxio BackOnTrack in your Taskbar and choose Maximize.
You will need to keep your resolution at or above 1024x768 in order to view the entire window."

This is simple & works. And it works with 800 x 600, which I prefer.
