Old feller needs help please. I have a down load version of EMC ver9.1 and also backup disk that used to work but due to problems had to deinstall and then try to reinstall. Reinstall fails every time with either source of the program [bkup disk or dwn loaded prgm]. My system is a Gateway 700xl with windows XP pro and I have a EMC ver 7.0 on the system. There is nothing to indicate that the old version needs to be removed. Installation gets to about 80% and then rolls back and then displays failure due to error code 064C. Any suggestions?
