What Sonic/Roxio program do you have?. Please provide us with some more details.
All we know so far is a button does not function.

Also, what is the id string of your DVD/CD drives - right-click on MyComputer > properties > hardware > Device Manager > click on the DVD/CD-ROM icon, and copy off the id string exactly - upper or lower case, space for space.
