I have Sonic Recordnow! 7.1

Its no longer recognizing any recording drives on my computer despite that there is one and I have another DVD writing program that still successfully writes onto DVDs, indicating to me that this is a software, not a hardware problem.

I think the geniuses at Dell messed up one of my drivers for this to happen.  I was using Recordnow! successfully for years, but had never burned onto a dual-layer DVD until a few days ago.  It wasn't successfully burning dual layer DVDs so I contacted Dell online support.

Those guys fiddled around with my computer and then Sonic Recordnow! stopped recognizing that my drive could record--it says "No Recorder" after they fiddled around with it.  I'm sure they messed it up because as I said before--another writing software still works fine.

I've already uninstalled & reinstalled Sonic Recordnow several times.  I reinstalled my drivers for my drive.

I've been researching this problem and I think I can fix it on my own if I can download PXEngine to update my Recordnow!.

Problem is the sonic website won't let me do it, or I'm missing something.
I go to this site after I've clicked on that I use Sonic Recordnow! 7.1.
http://www.roxio.com/enu/support/recordnow...re_updates.html

I scroll to the bottom, and click to download PXEngine.

Then I get this site (& no download).
http://support.sonic.com/default.asp?product=
Nothing on this page allows me to download.  So then I click onto support (says you can get software updates there), and choose Recordnow!
Still nothing that'll allow me to download PXEngine for Sonic Recordnow! 7.1

There's no option that'll allow me to download it, how do I get it?

Where the heck do I download PXEngine?

Thanks cd.  That sonic updates link seems to be pointed in the wrong direction.
