If you don't need a menu: Launch MyDVD, select File->New Project->DVD, no menu. The movie will just play continuously.
PS: I just noticed after editing this that grandpabruce also provided another excellent method below.

Define "whole thing". In the MyDVD settings, you can click on File/Project Settings, then set it to Play movie, and all remaining movies in project. There are other ways to do it, but you need to do a little exploring of the software.

Sorry, by "whole thing" I meant all of my slide shows & video clips - essentially, all of the chapters, Thanks

A title is a slide show or video project. A title can contain chapters.
A chapter is like a chapter in a book. In this video editing program a chapter is a subpart part of a title ( movie, slide show, etc.)
With that information, please explain what you want to do although I think the advice above is correct in your situation.
Do you need a menu?
Read this and try it. It gives you the option to play all the titles and to have the option to play the one you want.

That part works fine, but, I need it to restart continously until I stop it, like for a trade show, it plays through twice then goes to the menu and stops now useing the above method. If I try the "no menu" I get "roxio needs to close". Help.

Since you have a different requirement then the original poster you should have started a new thread with your question.
To do what you want, select File/New Project and then DVD, No Menus. That will play the same movie continuously. If you cannot do that then you have other problems.

In MyDVD, click on File/New Project, then click on DVD, no menus. The movie will autostart and play until you stop it.
If you keep getting the message that Roxio needs to close, you need to do a clean install.
Oops, didn't see Walt's post.

OK so when the disc is burnt and then played, it will start with no menu and play until the disc is ejected, am I understanding that correctly?

Yes, it should loop. Try it once, and see if it works for you.
