When I eject a CD R/RW or DVD R/RW just as the finalise with out sealing progress bar ends and the CD/DVD is about to be ejected the error. It's more of an anoyance than anything else. None of the defaul setting have been change, no new software, other that that below and no new hard ware.

"FAILED TO PREPARE MEDI FOR CD-ROM OR DVD-ROM COMPATABILITY"

Now I've been on to the tech help at roxio and thay can come up with is to post here and ask if anyone else is having the same problem and see if ther was/is any post about waht to do about it.

Well I'v searched the forum and not found anything so I guess no one else is having this problem

So far I have removed & reinstalled
Update the Firmware
Installed pxengine 3, the lates version
Installed 9.1
Hit the maching, swan at it kicked the dog and all the rest of the thing that you do infrustartion

Try this "Tips" post regarding Drag to Disc. If that doesn't help, maybe you need to contact Roxio support, since your replies in the past and today appear to just be rants "lashing out" at your fellow users here.

It was tech hep who tould me to posr here to FIND out if anyone elase was having the SAME error not to find waht eror messages were being give

I guess you must have forgotten that none of us here, know anything about CD or DVD burning.  After all, we thought Creator Classic wasn't a packet writing software.  Imagine that.  laugh.gif laugh.gif laugh.gif
