I used to have umpteen different fonts to use in my EMC 7. I have only 7 now (Fly in top, fade in, fade out, fade in and out, typewriter, cafe roxio, and puppy love), although I have removed and reinstalled the program, thinking that might help.
Any ideas out there???
Alice
P.S. Yes, I know Roxio is up to V10 by now, but I hate to move up if this is still a problem in later versions.

You need to add the Content via Add/Remove Programs. Follow these steps:
Go to Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel. Scroll down to Roxio EMC7 and click on it. Click on the Change button. The install wizard will come up. Click continue, I think. Then make sure Modify is highlighted and click on it. You may, at this time, have it load your Content disc on the hard drive. There are 3 places that you can click and select to install all of the Content disk. The places are in Video Wave, DVD Builder, and Photosuite. Click on the Content icon by each one and select "This feature will be installed on hard drive". Then click Next. It will then prompt you to put your Program Disk in the drive. Put it in. It does not reload the program. After about a minute or so, it will prompt you to insert your Content Disc. Do so, sit back, let it load, and you are done.

Thank you for responding, GrandpaBruce. I followed your instructions --- even though I had installed the content disc the other day when I re-installed the whole program. It prompted me then to insert the Content disc, which I did, but it didn't do it this time when I went through the "Modify" process. So, still no luck. Any other ideas? I do appreciate the help.

It should have installed. Do you have Internet Explorer 7 or Windows Media Player 11 on your computer? If so, you have to roll both back to previous versions. Both of them break EMC 7 and EMC 8.
