I own a compaq that came with roxio & easy media creator v.9. Every time I run the program, the pc attempts to install the program and fails telling me "the feature you are trying to use is on a newtwork resource that is unavailable", and wants me to enter an alternate path containing the installation package "RCPCORE.msi" in the box. I have since purchased mydvd v. 6.2, and when I run this, the pc tells me, "setup has determined that your configuration does not support any of the included products". I am officially very confused. Please advise.

You will have to check with HP to see if their OEM version is compatible with Vista.
MyDvd v 6 is not.
