I'm  not having any trouble getting into the product registration page and my account.  Will it not let you register your product?

I am trying to register Digital Media prgram that came loaded on my HP computer.  I can log in to my account, but I cannot get it to do anything with my registration number.  I've tried in IE7 and Firefox to no avail.

I've even sent in a help request and the last time I looked it showed that "I" closed it on the same day I put it in.  I didn't close it.  So I've put in another to see what happens.

I put in the registration number and push "next".  Nothing happens.  Then I go to my account page and their is nothing listed.  Should I just give up?

I'm not terribly impressed with the WebChat thingy either.  It does nothing but act like a "help" link and spout out the basic answers to general problems.  This is no "chat".

"I am trying to register Digital Media prgram that came loaded on my HP computer"

Sorry, I missed that. If it's a OEM free from HP, you won't be able to register it!
