Install EMC 9.
Reboot as requested.
When my machine boots up, Roxio window pops up saying "Please wait while Windows configures Roxio Easy Media Creator 9 Suite."
It does its thing, then another window pops saying "You must restart your system...."
Repeat. Repeat. Repeat.
I have tried uninstalling, etc. but thesame continues. What has to be done here?

You need to perform a clean install.
