Is there anyone who reads PM for the easier installation of DVDit Pro HD? Should I return to Ulead and take my money back without even try your product? Is this the way to communicate with your customers? Well, then I see your future and the new name for your company: BUNDLE ltd... no support whatsoever unlimited...

You probably want to contact support directly instead of sending PM on a forum. This is a user forum.

Users of what? I can't even install because the CD is bad. Thanks to Scott, but I lost my interest in this prog. If I can't install, god help me with rest of it. I had some Sonic progs on last HP Compaq laptop and not much CD's and DVD's were ever done. I leave you in peace, hope you'll have some in the future with this... Man, what a company... ohmy.gif

Did they offer you a way to download the installer?

Did you noticed any way to communicate with people from Roxio with customers, cause I didn't. Nothing except this forum, full of confused people. They shouldn't sell software that is not prepared for PC platform. It's easy with Apple, they have everything under control. But when you want to public software for PC, well they should cover much more things. I have newest Toshiba laptop with full HD support, and it's a shame that it's impossible to install DVDit Pro HD on it. Ulead DVD Factory Plus works ok, so what's the problem. Should I kick out all of my software, reinstall Vista and than maybe DVDit will work? I can't believe that I'm writing this... I' out of here, regards to everybody...

Sorry to hear about your problems, and that is true most people here on the board have had problems but most have had success also.  Most of us grizzled veterans have seen a lot of users come and go, so good luck with Ulead, Cyberlink, Adobe or whatever software you end up using for your Bluray burner.
