Clear out your system temp folders. Either manually or try using the Windows disk cleanup utility.

Hello Mell,
You should find that Exact Copy uses .tmp files which it stores as files named RN!D(xx).tmp [where xx is a number] in a folder named C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Sonic\RecordNow! or similar [where username means the name you're logged onto your machine under]. There will be a bunch of them with a size of 2GB, and half as many of smaller size.
If you search for files named RN!D*.tmp you should find them. They are meant to be deleted by the software when the copy is completed, but this can't be happening if your drive is filling up. Find that folder and delete them. Mine auto-delete nicely, so I don't know why yours haven't been.
Regards,
Brendon

No, sorry.
My version is 7.3 also, and I can't find any setting or option I can change to retain temp files. If you have the time to spare you could perhaps uninstall it and then reinstall to see if that repairs any broken settings. Then again, a manual delete occasionally might be easier if you have any difficulty with the uninstall/reinstall.
