when i try to watch a dvd/ play a cd etc it will not work..so i try to reinstall the driver hardware and a message appears saying cannot complete installation because ROXIO PXHELP is missing..ive sarched everywhere and cannot find a place to d/l it
can anyone help

Microsoft used Roxio to develop some burning programs for them. pxhelp(20) is part of Windows. You are probably better off contacting Microsoft about it. Try looking at their forums. Have you used a registry cleaner lately? What burner do you have? Try reinstalling/installing the firmware for it.
If this just started to happen, see if a system restore will fix it for you.
If everything fails, you may have to do a Windows repair. Get instructions from Microsoft.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.

Reinstalling the PX Engine will reinstall PXHelp20.
Download the file from that link, unzip it to a spare folder and run the executable file. Once the installer it working, you can update to the latest version PX Engine here.
