I have the free version and will not be upgrading if it doesn't do capture.  I want to capture video game scenes using my analog tuner card.  Does anyone know if the full version support this?

Doesn't look like it, based on the Buzz product page. I don't think that is something it was intended for. for capturing thru a pc tuner card, why not just use the software that it comes with.

Buzz 2 will support video capture but only from WebCam and DV cameras. I agree a video game capture feature would be excellent. We'll evaluate this for a future version.
