I have Record Now Plus and it will not open.  Since it won't open, I can't find the version.

Did you buy it, or was it installed on your new computer as part of a bundle?
Is it associated with any other Sonic programs on your computer, and do they run?
P4 @3.20GHz on Albatron PX-865PE Pro II with 2GB DDR-SDRAM, FX5900XT video, Viewsonic monitors,
BENQ DW1640, in XP Pro and Windows 7

I blame it all on Global Warming / Global Cooling / Global Staying the Same  [pick one]

It was installed on my computer when purchased 2 yrs. ago however it was working in the past.   I just can't get it to open now even after rebooting.

You should reinstall it, if your computer supplier has provided some way for you to do that. Check with your supplier.
