You've already discovered almost the best way if your labels are not listed.  Print the outline on a plain sheet of paper, put it over the label sheet and measure the difference.  Adjust.
Regardless of what I say about computer maintenance, there is no need to defrag a solid state hard drive.

Thanks, are there some labels in the program that you can try?  How do I find them?

In Label Creator, click on File, then click on Page Setup, and in the drop down box for Media, click on Commercial.  In the other drop down box, pick your label type.  There are many there for Avery.

Further to what grandpabruce says, if your particular Avery labels are not listed, or if the disc does not print in the correct place, you can adjust where it prints:
On the print page click preferences.
Check Fine tuning.
In the V box, type the distance (in cm) that you want to move verically: + number moves down, - number moves up.
In the H box do the same for left/right move: = number moves to the right, - number moves to the left.

The easiest way to find out how much you need to move is first to print on plain paper with no fine tuning, overlay that on your label paper and measure (in cm) how much you want the print to move, vertically and hoeizontally. Then set those values in the fine tuning, again print onplain paper to check. If all is OK, it will be right for your label paper.
