VCR's can't play DVD's. I know that it isn't what you are wanting to do, but you might want to try posing the question in the body of the message and make sense, at the same time.

In VideoWave, you can do a File\ Output.... for TV/VCR and make a slideshow that you can export to a VHS tape.
HOWEVER, you need to have a video card or other digital/analog converter which will OUTPUT a signal to a VCR. Many video cards or converters allow input to your computer but not output to a VCR.
