recently i was having problems re-installing emc9 because i could not delete certain roxio program files. a discussion member , beerman, suggested that i download this program:

worked like a charm. if you have any problems when using it , just go back to the site's FAQ link.

I have this on one of my PCs. Beerman suggested to you a very useful tool.

And a very dangerous one if you are not very, very careful. If you delete the wrong file.......well, you know what can happen. But, it has been very handy for me as well. Glad it helped someone.
