Is anyone experiencing problems with getting technical support from Roxio?  I submitted a web-ticket 4 days ago and still have not received a reply.  Roxio Creator Basic came with my computer which I purchased about a month ago.  I am trying to burn my audio cassettes to my computer to burn them to CD.  When the tracks are copied, they import into Windows Media Player as one long file.  I tried inserting a track separator, but it does not seem to work.  I'm now at the point of uninstalling Creator Basic 9 and purchasing different software to use to copy my audio files.  Does anyone have any suggestions on what would be a easy program to use, as well as having excellent, live, freet technical support.

Your response is greatly appreciated.

It is OEM software sold on the cheap to your pc maker, a stripped down version, support is supposed to come from them.

If your new pc has Vista go with EMC version 10. Roxio has a like it or return it 30 day policy if bought through there website. The download is two 700mb downloads or watch places like Best Buy for a boxed retail deal.

"having excellent, live, free technical support" On the planet Mars, maybe!

You have a OEM version of Roxio, all support for OEM versions come from the provider of the software, in your case whoever provided the computer. There is one exception (Dell).

Meanwhile, what application in your Basic version are you using, (Sound Editor/LP and Tape Assistant........
