Hello all newbi on the forum

I know this forum is not for my problem but maybe someone can help.

ok here it is . recently I`ve purchased musiclab9 and the box shows a ringtone maker , as well as the roxio website .It does not seem to be there .
I tried to open all applications but not much luck .one of the reasons i bought this to try the ringtone maker . also I have find this other website xingtone ,which seem to be the same software for like $20. but musiclab should include this since it`s on the box . right????

I think Xingtone is in the 'on again, off again' category. I remember that Roxio was in dispute with the company ($$) some time ago and declared Xingtone 'no longer supported', but I don't know what the current position is.

this is really sucks , I feel like roxio has cheated on me with this . couse they still have the ad on their wbsite that it is included in the software.
the other thing thats makes me mad that the support want to charge me for a frickin phone call ,and ask a question??? never heard that before from other companies .
