Toast/jam Macpro 48 K Distortion Problem With 10.4.11 Fix?

does anyone have a solution for the 48k distortion problem with toast/Jam in macpro 10.4.11/

I removed QT and the problem is still there?  Do I have to go back to 10.4.8 ?
