I started using Roxio back with Easy Creator 5. I've been happy with it for the most part. I just installed Creator 10 suite and found my kids are unable to listen to there music except through Windows Media player mad.gif . Any suggestions  for another product ? At this point I think my company won't be buying anymore Roxio products  if I'm involved with purchasing.

I don't think Roxio has anything to do with your problem. The file associations (what program plays which file) is controlled and set by Windows. I have EMC 10 and when I installed the music file associations were not changed. Anyway, you can reset them Windows.

Timujinn,

are your referring to a player within the software suite, like version 6 Audio Central?
