Toast: Latest Titanium Update 8.0.3
Mac OS: 10.4.11
Tivo Desktop 8.0.3

My Tivo Transfer used to start on my Mac Pro several months ago.
Now..between Mac OS Updates, Quicktime Updates, Tivo Updates, my Tivo Transfer doesn;t even start-up on my computer anymore.
Yes....Tivo Networking running...I can transfer programs between my Tivos.
Yes...Tivo DeCode Manager works fine on my computer and Tivos.
But when I go to start "Tivo Transfer" the main Toast 8 display screen blinks as if it's starting the Transfer Ap and it never runs it.
The Media Access key in my prefs works fine with other apps.
The Tivo Desktop server is set and "On".
The only strange thing is whenver I re-run set-up assistant..it shows Tivo Transfer off and I have to re-enable it .
And finally...YES I have trashed all my Roxio and Toast Prefs and reset them.
And finally...YES I get the same "Failure to Launch" no matter what I've tried.
Why can't the commercial "approved" program run..while the "hack" has been 100% reliable through all the updates and changes?????

Deleted all prefs.
Re-Downloaded Tivo Desktop app.
Reset-up Toast including resting "Tivo Transfer"
Restarted the system and suddenly it all worked.

Strange but true...I'll guess the prefs file got corrupted.

I had the same problem; I kept getting "Tivo Transfers could not be open because it cannot be found" when clicking Extras in the Toast menu.
I reinstalled TivoToGo and Toast v 8.03
Turned on the Tivo Desktop in the System Preferences
Enabled Tivo Transfers in the Toast Setup Assistant
And it worked fine
