Hi...I had the misfortune of purchasing a Dell Inspiron about 18 months ago... it had problems, and Dell replaced it TWICE...Finally in December I made them take the Inspiron back and issue me Dell Credit for the original purchase price...so I purchased a Dell XPS from them (not that thatwas a choice) anyway my problem is...I have 2 versions of Roxio Creator & My VD 9.0 DE. one came from the Inspiron and the other from the XPS.... I am a putz and mixed them up...and no where on the disks does it indicate which one is the newest version..... One disk had part number PN KW013, then I have a pair of disks (same title) that is PN 389 and a service kit disk that seems to go with it PN 390... which one is the newest?
Secondly I canot get my JVC DV Cam to "talk to" my software... I am unable to copy onto my laptop what I have on video tape. I am trying to copy my daughters' plays onto dvd... HELP!!!!
Any advice suggestions or assisance would be greatly appreciated.... Thanks everyone
