I purchased MyDVD 9 Studio Premier from the Roxio.com site as a download. When i try to install the software i get the error message "There is not enough space on drive C:\ to extract this package." even though there is over 60 gigs of space on the drive! I've tried the following, all without success (same error message)
1. Uninstalled all exisiting Sonic software from system
2. Disabled firewall / antivirus software during installation
3. Called Roxios tech support line in UK (£1.00 per minute!) total waste of time. 5 mins of general Q&A, he suggested points 1 & 2 above. Said he would email me a solution - never received it. Total rip off.
4. Tried to install on a completely 'clean' PC, OS reinstalled, again, same error.
I'm running Windows XP on both PCs - both with ample space on drive C!
Can anyone out there help?
