I have an old version (V.4.6) of RecordNow DX, which came with the external DVD burner I bougt a few years ago. It has been working fine Last use to burn DVD was a few weeks ago. Right now it does not recoginize the blank DVD disc when make an exact copy. I reinstall the software, and restored the computer back to where it worked, it still does not help. The DVD drives are enabled and working properly. Any member can help me to resolve this problem. Thanks.
