Hello all,

I am able to transfer the files from my Tivo Series 3 to my Mac using the Tivo To Go/Toast software. The files can be viewed fine on the Mac using the Toast video player.

However, when I attempt to burn a DVD I am getting an error reffering to the Media Access Key. It is (the key) correct. I have tried reentering it and restarting to no avail.

Any ideas? Of course they are important files
