Hi,

I have just bought Crunch for Windows and I have already encouter a problem. I tried to convert a DVD for my IPod and the video is fine but there is no sound. If I preview the chapter I want in edit mode, everything is fine and I can listen the music in this clip.

Here's the profile that I have use : MPEG-4, Letterbox, 649x480, 29.97fps, 2250000 bits/s

The DVD that I want to convert is an instructional drum video. I needed to decrypt it first with DVD Decrypter.

I have tried Pinnacle Mobile Media Trial with the same source and I could convert the video successfuly (with sound). But Pinnacle cannot extract only the chapter I want. Actually, I want to use my IPod classic to bring this video when I'm pacticing my drumming.
