Subtitles Freeze

In all DVD's that I burned, suddenly the subtitles "freezes". It back to the normal when I choose another chapter. What can I do, please?

what version of the software are you using (on the about screen)? Have you tried your discs in multiple players? are your subtitles crossing chapter points?
