I had to reinstall Easy CD & DVD Creator 6 plat. Now each time we click on the icon for PS5, Windows installer loads then wants me to put in the disk. Can anyone give me some ideas as to fixing? We want to download our photos to a cd-rw to save and to create more space on HDD.

What happens if you put the disk in the drive?
Be careful about saving precious memories to a cd-rw. A cd-r is a bit more stable, but no media is guaranteed to last forever or tomorrow.
Consider using one of the free online photo storage services. ( They're hoping that you'll order prints from them, but it's not required.) Do a google search and you'll come up with services.
Also, you might want to consider an external hard drive.
After having some cd-r and dvdr disks fail, I'm convinced that you need a couple of types of backup to store precious digital memories.
