When I try to copy tracks from a music CD, I get 2 tracks copied to the HD then up pops "creator classic has encountered a problem and needs to close". Repeats every time when I restart the process. Happens on either my DVD or CD drive and always happens after 2 tracks are copied. Any ideas what to check or fix?

You can try Add/Remove Programs and run the Repair option.

Instead of using Creator Classic try using the Home app,Audio,Convert CD.Make sure you go down to the Options,Audio,Conversion and tell it what format you want the files made in.
