Popcorn 2 Erased, Redownloaded, Crashing Immediately popcorn 2 crashing

some deleted my popcorn 2 .dmg file. I redownloaded the software off of the roxio.com site, which is where i purchased it, but when i open the file....the beginning page appears although frozen then disappears. I then receive an error message saying to try again or report. HELP!!!

Make sure there is no Xvid file in the QuickTime folder in your root Library folder.

I'm just a fellow Toast-user so please don't blame Roxio for any misguidance I may provide. And do let me know if your issue gets solved. Cheers from Eugene, Oregon!
