I have tried 3 times to burn to dvd or Iso file.  When in the process of encoding movie (not actually burning to disc yet)  Progress only gets to about 40-50% then Roxio just closes all the way down.  HELP Please, have been working on this for over a month.

The standard troublshooting fixes would be:

Update your Video Card drivers.
Make sure your DirectX is up to date for your OS.
Do a clean install of EMC 10: Here
