Sonic Record Now Lost file

I have a hp approx 2 year old it came installed with sonic record now I'm having a problem I used it to copy files to disc every thing OK till I closed program & tried to open again nothing happens. Tried recovery back as far as I could it oppend & worked OK till I closed then same thing happend.
Have been into add & remove & tried repair &it comes up no path &look for file RNENU.msi. I have tried all to locate with no luck & as I,am only an old aged
amiture on A computer & still trying to learn & need all the help I can get

Which application within the suite did you use to record?

Did you use R or RW media?

Answer to first Q that i missed Called old age you wil get there one day I JUST USE SEND TO THEN SELECT SONIC RECORD NOW IT OPENS FILE TO BE COPIED TO DISK IS THERE I SELLECT BURN THAT IS ALL I,VE HAD TO DO SINCE I,VE HAD COMP & THIS PROB HAS JUST HPPENED OUT OF THE BLUE AS FAR AS I KNOW I HAVE NOT CHANGED A THING

If you have MS updates on automatically, check for something that may have been added since the program last worked ('upgrades' to Internet Explorer or Media Player have been known to cause problems, as have some other MS updates)
