Purchased and installed EMC 9 in Sep 07.  Did not back it up.  Had computer issues and had to uninstall.  I have my receipt for my purchase including order number but can't find where to download another copy.  I have two download buttons on my purchase receipt but neither work.

Any ideas about how to resolve?

This is a users forum, not Roxio support, but go to the main Roxio website, and at the top of the screen, click on My Account, sign in, and see if the download is still available for you.  If not, contact Customer Service.

And, when you download the two files, immediately burn them to CD's so that you will have them, when this happens again.
