Re-install

If you have run into this please help... I had to change my hard drive recently and when I tried to re-install EMC 9 all went well, the install indicated that it was successful but when I try to open the program from my desktop, I get the message, "The certificate file is missing or has been corrupted. Please re-install it."

I uninstalled and re-installed a number of times and keep getting the same error.

Any advice would be appreciated.
