i need to format a DVD+RW disc using EMC 10, but I have no idea where this option is located within the program. how do i do this?

If you mean format a disc so a packet writing software will write to it, you can't do it in EMC 10, because Roxio dropped Drag to Disc.

If you mean erase a disc, on the main Home screen, click on Tools, the click on Erase disc.
