I recieved some eps graphis from a company but they show up as a black square with a faint ghost of what the image should be. Any ideas

You'll need a program such as Adobe Illustrator or CorelDraw to work with eps files. But, depending on what version of Adobe Acrobat you have, you should be able to open the eps with it and export it as a jpeg or tif which VW will work with (and I believe, so will Photosuite).
Also, there are some free eps converters you might hunt for. I found one here.
