Cutting People Out Of Video

I have two people in a video and wish to cut one out. Is this possible in Videowave ?

It would be tough, if there is a lot of movement by the two people in the video.

There's an idea for EMC 11.
They could call it the Ex Wife/Crazy Uncle feature.
