Can Roxio Do This ? Plz Advise

will Roxio Easy Media Creator Suite play hi def files from my HDD as

other software such as nero showtime does ? HD-DVD and Bluray

i also need to burn dvd video and also data dvds/cds . i assume Roxio

will do that ?

im on the fence here for new burning software , i used Roxio a few yrs ago

and loved the ability to plug my cassette deck into pc and recording it ,

it seems Roxio has always been on the cutting edge

Please advise

Sonic/Roxio doesn't seem to have a Blueray or HD DVD software player.

EMC 10 fully supports burning video DVDs and data CD/DVDs. It also includes the full version of Videowave for editing video and MyDVD 10 for authoring your video DVD menus. Videowave 10 does support editing in hidef like HDV, but does not support AVCHD yet. There are several hidef output formats, but output back to a hidef camcorder is not supported. You can easily edit HDV files and then burn those to regular video DVD. Doing so will also convert them to standard definition so they can playback on any TV.
